How can I cancel or change my orders?
 
Once you log on to getitdelivered.com click on My Order link or for Food Court click here: http://www.getitdelivered.com/food_court/mall/show_myorders.cfm And for Liquor Mall click here: http://www.getitdelivered.com/mall/show_myorders.cfm You will get two options: 1) Cancel the order. 2) Modify the order. The option one will cancel the order and you will get the cancellation confirmation Number once the order is canceled. The option two for the modification of the order you will get two confirmations One for the original order cancellation and second for the modified new order confirmation.

How do I Register?
 
 From homepage click on the Food court if you are a restaurant owner or click on the Liqour Mall if you are a liqour store manager.
 Click on the open restaurant/create store.
 Fill out the form for the new user on registration page and click on the Submit My Registration.
 Click on link where it says "Click here to complete the procedure for opening the store.
 Enter your user name and password which you just entered in your user form.
 Fill out the form for the Restaurant/Store information and click on Submit My Registraion.
 That's it! You will be notified .........

Is there a addtinal processing fee for the orders online?
 
If you process any credit card charges through your own terminal there will be no addtional processing fee. If you process credit card charges through getitdeliver.com network there could be an addtional fee imposed on eahc order depending on the account you have setup with your mechant.

How does the administrative tool work?
 
 If you are Restaurant owner click on the Administrator link from the Food Court page or If you are Liqour store manager.click on the manager link from the Liqour Mall page.
 Enter you user name and password to SignIn.
 You can then create you restaurant/store menu.
 You can add/remove catagories, modify categoryies, add/remove products and modify price list.
 If you wish to view your store click on the Show My Store link.
